Like many vehicle manufacturers, Jeep has been exploring the electric vehicle market with plug-in hybrid models like the Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe. Now, they’re going fully electric with the Jeep Wagoneer S, their first battery electric vehicle (BEV).

Set to debut in 2025, the full size electric Wagoneer S will be joined by a smaller electric SUV, the Jeep Recon BEV. Overall, Jeep expects EVs to make up half of their sales by 2030.

Jeep’s first foray into BEVs will ride on the STLA Large platform, which features an 800-volt architecture. You can expect to get an impressive 400 mile range on a single charge and in true Jeep fashion, you’ll enjoy superior all-terrain performance.

Upscale Interior Features

Like its Wagoneer counterparts, the cabin is set to be equipped with luxurious amenities like a 19-speaker McIntosh audio system, multicolor ambient lighting, and touchscreen displays in the dash. No word on upholstery options yet, but Jeep promises “mindful materials” throughout the interior.

Enjoy views of the sky with the standard panoramic sunroof and take the phrase “relaxing drive” to the next level with optional massaging front seats. The Wagoneer S will seat 5, making it the perfect family vehicle.

2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Price and Release Date

The first Jeep Wagoneer S will be model year 2025, meaning it will be available for purchase in the US in the fall of 2024. It is expected to come with a price tag around $80,000, but we’ll have to wait for confirmation from Jeep. We can expect full details–including exact price, release date, and a production car reveal–later this year.

Dodge has now revealed the concept for the next Charger – an innovative, electrified model that represents the next generation of muscle cars. While the full specs remain a mystery, Dodge has released just enough details to leave drivers wanting more.

We’ve confirmed that the Charger EV will ride on Stellantis’ new STLA Large version platform, hinting that electric range could climb as high as 500 miles. This setup also enables top speeds sure to astonish EV enthusiasts, with a potential zero to 60 time under four seconds!

The brand-new Charger will initially be available in three unique trim levels:

Even base models will boast impressive speeds, harnessing up to 455 horses – or 340 kilowatts, as noted by its name. While additional trims may join the lineup as the release date approaches, the most powerful model we know of so far will be the SRT Banshee.

Electrified Performance

The 2024 Dodge Charger EV will live up to its name, holding fast to the legacy of epic performance established by the gas-powered models that came before. To make the most of its electric capabilities, this new Dodge EV can be customized with eStage Kits. These allow drivers to purchase more power over the air by downloading the necessary software and installing the kit at home.

Drivers will also receive a “DC Crystal Key” and fender badges after ordering – designed to boost the base Charger 340 to its full potential – 495 horsepower or 535 horsepower, depending on the option selection. The Charger 440 gets the same punched-up power, with DC Stage 2 Kits equipping it to reach an astounding 67 horsepower!

Because it runs on an 800-volt architecture as opposed to the 400-volt setup of other trims, we expect the Banshee to come fresh from the factory with insane power. Official specs haven’t yet been released, but it stands to reason that the 2024 Dodge Charger SRT Banshee will compete with the Hellcat – and its heart-stopping 707 horsepower.
