If you are coming from the Myrtle Beach area:
- Head northwest on US-501 N toward SC-544 W and continue on US-501 N for about 50 miles.
- Take exit 164 for US-378 E toward Conway/Marion.
- Keep left at the fork, follow signs for US-378 E and merge onto US-378 E.
