Trim Levels
The 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee is offered in eight distinct trim levels:Â
- Laredo - The base trim is equipped with standard features like LED headlights, a 10.1-inch touchscreen with the Uconnect 5 system, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.Â
- Laredo X - This trim builds on the Laredo and adds more comfort and convenience features like a power liftgate, remote start, and heated front seats.
- Altitude - This trim provides enhanced style with 20-inch gloss black wheels, black exterior accents, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.Â
- Altitude X - This trim is equipped with even more high-end features like an upgraded sound system and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof.Â
- Limited - This model comes with impressive features like leather-trimmed seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, and a premium audio system.
- Overland - This upper-level trim offers a distinctive both rugged capability and luxurious features, including a front fascia made for off-roading, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats.
- Summit and Summit Reserve - The top-of-the-line models feature a 19-speaker McIntosh audio system, leather seating, and a host of advanced driver-assistance features.
Performance
The 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee offers three engine options to suit different driving needs:
- 3.6L Pentastar V6
- 5.7L HEMI V8
- 2.0L turbocharged I4 PHEV
The 3.6L V6 is standard across all trims and provides 293 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. You'll have a towing capacity of up to 6,200 pounds. The V6 also features the Quadra-Lift Air Suspension system, which adjusts the Cherokee's ground clearance to improve off-road capability.
The 5.7L HEMI V8 engine is exclusive to the three-row Grand Cherokee L. The 2.0L turbo engine is available in the Grand Cherokee 4xe and boasts a 470-mile range on a single charge.
DesignÂ
The 2024 Grand Cherokee boasts a sculpted exterior and tapered roofline that not only looks great but contributes to its aerodynamic performance.
The exterior features LED headlamps, taillamps, and available fog lamps. Available in a variety of exterior colors, the Grand Cherokee also offers a distinct two-tone option with a black roof. You'll also have a range of wheel options to choose from, including 17-inch painted aluminum and 20-inch fully polished aluminum wheels.
Inside, you can choose from the classic 2-row model or the expanded 3-row Grand Cherokee L. Either model is spacious and outfitted with high-quality materials like luxurious Palermo leather upholstery and wood accents.
This full-size SUV offers plenty of cargo space. Two-row models provide an impressive 70.8 cubic feet of cargo room, while the three-row Grand Cherokee L is capable of several different seating arrangements and up to 84.6 cubic feet of cargo room.Â
