The 2025 RAM 1500 lineup is available in ten unique trim levels:
- Tradesman and Tradesman HFE - The entry-level work truck with practical features and reliable capability for everyday tasks and light-duty work.
- Big Horn - Adds style and convenience upgrades, including chrome accents, premium wheels, and tech enhancements for a more polished look.
- Warlock - A bold, rugged trim with off-road ready features, aggressive styling, and distinctive black accents for a tough appearance.
- Laramie - Focused on comfort and technology, offering premium interior materials, advanced infotainment, and convenience features.
- Rebel - Designed for off-road performance, with upgraded suspension, skid plates, all-terrain tires, and specialized off-road technology.
- RHO - Combines performance and premium features in a distinctive trim for drivers seeking both style and capability.
- Limited - Luxury-focused trim with a refined interior, advanced tech, and high-end convenience features for a top-of-the-line experience.
- Limited Longhorn - Western-themed interior and upscaled materials paired with advanced tech and comfort for a premium, rugged-luxury feel.
- Tungsten - This premium trim stands out with exclusive Tungsten gray exterior accents, a premium audio system, and advanced safety tech, offering a sophisticated, high-end experience that's uniquely Ram.

- 3.6L Pentastar V6 - This is the standard engine. It delivers 305 horsepower and 269-lb.-ft. of torque.
- 3.0L Hurricane Twin Turbo (V1) - New for 2025, this engine is strong and responsive for heavier loads, with towing up to 11,550 lbs.
- 3.0L Hurricane Twin Turbo (V2) - High-output, performance-focused engine with 540 hp, perfect for tough towing or spirited driving.
- 6.2L V8 - This supercharged engine is exclusive to the TRX trim. It generates an unbelievable 702 horsepower and goes from 0 to 60 in just 4.5 seconds! This is the most powerful factory-installed engine in its class.
In addition to these powerhouse engines, the Ram 1500 continues to offer advanced performance technology like the available Active-Level Four-Corner Air Suspension and advanced four-wheel-drive systems. These features work together to provide exceptional ride quality both on- and off-road.
The 2025 Ram 1500 also features an active air dam that lowers 2.5 inches at speeds approaching 30 mph to reduce drag. The rear suspension uses standard coil springs or optional air springs instead of traditional leaf springs, for a smoother, more controlled ride.
Interior & Tech
Inside the 2025 Ram 1500, you'll find premium features like real wood accents, leather upholstery, and soft-touch surfaces. Comfort is enhanced with heated and ventilated front seats, power-adjustable front seats, and available heated rear seats. The panoramic sunroof and ambient interior lighting take the luxurious feel to the next level.
This pickup is also packed with tech features like a 12-inch touchscreen and an optional 14.5-inch display, powered by the Uconnect system. It seamlessly integrates with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and navigation. A customizable 7-inch or available 12-inch driver information display keeps essential information right in the driver's line of sight. And, a 10.3-inch passenger-side screen is also an available option on certain trims.
The standard audio system features six speakers, but an optional 19-speaker Harman Kardon Premium Sound System is available. Plus, you can stay powered and connected with the available wireless charging station and 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.
